What is Wallife® Biometrics ID?

Wallife® Biometrics ID is the policy that insures your digital identity with reimbursement of up to €50,000 in the event of fraudolent use of bank accounts, credit cards, and payment tools. The policy also provides coverage in the event of direct damages resulting from identity theft, cyberbullying, cyberstalking, and acts damaging one's online reputation.

How many protection plans does it offer?

Wallife® Biometrics ID is available in three different protection plans: Smart, Family and Professionals; starting from €4 if purchased in a single annual payment. In case of monthly purchase of the policy the amount will be €4.50.

Which plan is best for me?

Wallife App

Where can I find the Wallife App?

The Wallife App is available in the Apple Store and Google Play. You can install the App on your smartphone by downloading it free of charge from your reference store.

What is the function of the Wallife App?

The Wallife App is the technology that comes with the Wallife® Biometrics ID policy. Its antivirus function enhances the security of your smartphone, network, and installed apps.

What tools does the Wallife App offer?

The Wallife App provides a high level of protection for your smartphone by using the following protection tools:

 Mobile Defender, detects more than 60 cyber threats on your smartphone, network and installed Apps;
 Anti-Phishing, checks the reliability of web pages, links, SMS, QR codes, e-mail and documents. The App tells you if links or documents are safe;
 Data Breach Checker, cheks whether the user's personal data (e-mail and phone number) has been disclosed, accidentally or illicitly.
 Moni-Thor, artificial intelligence learns the user's behavior by alerting them if someone is using their smartphone without permission;
 Social Account Recovery, supports the user in recovering their hacked social accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp).

How long does the free trial last?

The Wallife App free trial runs for 90 days. After it ends, you will need to purchase a Wallife® Biometrics ID policy to continue using all the tools in the App. Once you becom insured, all tools will be available again for use for the entire one-year term of the policy.

Can all the tools be used during the free trial period of the App?

No, during the free trial period of the Wallife App you can only use some of the tools offered.

In the report, we encourage you to include the quote number and any useful references (tax code, full name, contact information, ecc.) to facilitate faster identication of the file.

The dedicated e-mail address where you can submit your claim in written form is [email protected]. You should provide, along with a description of the facts, the policy or claim number that is the subject of the claim and any useful reference (social security number, full name, contact information, ecc.) to identify you (whether you are the policyholder or the insured) and describe the circumstances.
